History and Science Behind Green Tea
Mainstream legend has it that an apple that tumbled from a tree and hit a dozing Newton on the head gave him an understanding into the laws of gravity and movement. All things considered, the account of how tea, and its different structures like green tea, were found is not all that diverse. Evidently, a Chinese agriculturist, heating up some water under a Camellia Sinensis tree, took a short snooze. A couple dried leaves floated into the bubbling water and exuded a delectable fragrance.
